LVM - add a new disk to a logical volume.
This was a fun job, or felt like it probably because it didn’t fail on me. After reading the howtos out there and working out my own strategy with a work college we decided on this one. And it worked like a charm.
It makes me keen to try out the kernel patch ext2online so i could do this live like you can with reiserfs. But that would need to done in a Lab environment first I guess.
